I keep dying from time to time from a damage over time, is corrupted blood dangerous for this build? ignite? I don't know, health just goes down slowly till i die. I'm level 80 atm so just enough to start, i took all staff nodes except counterweight that is only dps i think, will be my next point. Am i missing something? Character is FreeTheKraken if you can check it

looks like that purity of elements instead of hatred is more safe, i don't die anymore, i also bought a corrupted blood immunity abyss jewel, now it's all a matter of passive points :)

One question, in your pob, CF and IS have cast rate 4.33...
I currently have 1.5, i dont know how increased it :/

pd: sometimes dying when swap weapons, i dont know why -.-

pd: sometimes dying when swap weapons, i dont know why -.-

The cast rate is probably due to gmp support, i have almost the same gear as him, and i have your same cast speed. there's no other explanation

about dying, be sure that BEFORE weapon swapping when entering a zone you first of all move, to remove the immunity debuff (when you change zone until you stand still you can't be seen/damaged, it's to protect yourself), then wait like 3 seconds while moving a bit that the 2 flask buffs appear on top of your screen, near your auras. when they appear you can press x 2 times and start the rotation. that's something he had to explain better, but whatever

This is like a scion version of cwdt ward but on a weird class o.0

Corrupting blood will kill you with this build in most high tier maps
You can do reduced flask charge mod as long as you only use 2 flasks (elemental version?)
You can do reduced CDR if you remove less duration gem (elemental version?)

If you dont run purity of elements i think a lot of random things will make you kill yourself (standing on shocking ground etc)

The staff this build is using is way worse then the triple damage staff (but way easier to cap res ;p)

Adding on to this from my exp with the elemental version:
This build will die and is not immortal
This build can do wave 30 simu but not most of the time (ive done it like 6 times out of 300 trys)
This build can do 100% t16 dels but you will likely die a couple of times (may just be if your running beyond tho...)

To get this build close to being *done* its WAY more then 20ex... unless everything is dirt cheap this league

You can put increased crit damage

Will update this guide for 3.18 after Draught bringer is nerfed.

Yes corrupted blood is bad, it will kill you

Occultist is very tank and a good class for this build.

Annihilating staff is high budget, because its hard to cap resistances with just 20 ex

And yeah this build can be done with 20ex late stage 3.17

Its going to be expensive in 3.18
